Welcome to Fast Free. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Fast Free is a mobile application that helps users track and reduce fast food consumption through daily check-ins, streaks, gamified scoring, and AI-powered food analysis. The app is developed and maintained by HypedUpApps ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fast Free. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the app. By using Fast Free, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Fast Free offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly: $2.99/week (includes a 3-day free trial)
• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $29.99/year

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. AI Food Analysis Disclaimer

Fast Free provides AI-powered calorie and nutrition estimates using Google's Gemini API. These estimates are for informational purposes only and may not be accurate. You should not rely on AI estimates for medical, dietary, or health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian for dietary advice.

5. Health Disclaimer

Fast Free is a wellness and habit-tracking tool, not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Health scores, calorie estimates, and other metrics are for motivational and informational purposes only. Consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have an eating disorder, diabetes, or other health conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the app
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app or its content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and trademarks in Fast Free are the property of HypedUpApps and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HypedUpApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all data stored locally on your device remains under your control until you delete the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and HypedUpApps, not Apple Inc. HypedUpApps, not Apple, is solely responsible for Fast Free and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
